As part of the reveal of Mila Kunis as ambassador for Gemfields Pundersons Gardens was commissioned to produce a promo following Mila’s journey as she tours Gemfields’ Zambian mine, Kagem, which produces approximately 20 per cent of the world’s emeralds. Kunis learned about Gemfields’ environmentally friendly mining practices and visited several Gemfields-sponsored community projects, including schools and a farming cooperative. The disappearing nuptial traditions of rural Ireland take center stage in this new video from Sinéad O’Connor, the first she has appeared in for 10 years. Created for the forthcoming single ’4th and Vine’ from last year’s album ‘How About I Be Me (And You Be You)?’, the lyrical short is directed by Belfast-born filmmaker Kathryn Ferguson, edited by Carly Baker and coloured by Faith Millin at Pundersons Gardens.

Horses is part of a digital celebration, ‘Chloé Alphabet’ produced by Guided and in conjunction with a major retrospective at the Palais de Tokyo for the fashion house Chloé. Vision Quest is a feature-length documentary set in the South London neighborhood of Elephant & Castle. The video documents Marcus Coates’ personal journey over a three-year residency period in the Elephant & Castle neighborhood. The residency included ‘A Ritual for Elephant & Castle’, a shamanic music-fuelled ritual performed in collaboration with Chrome Hoof, Wildbirds & Peacedrums. Post-production services were carried out at Pundersons Gardens, from colouring through to conform.

Pundersons Gardens were commissioned to produce, film and edit a series of fashion films for Swarovski. The individual films are of each of the designers in New York, London, Milan and Paris that Swarovski chose to collaborate with for the Autumn/Winter 2011 season. The videos feature catwalk shows, behind the scenes footage and interviews with the designers in their studios conducted by the editorial director Bronwyn Cosgrave.

Working with artist Mark Leckey and the Serpentine Gallery, Pundersons Gardens helped film and edit the artists performance of ‘GreenScreenRefrigeratorAction’. Performed at the Serpentine Gallery London in 2011 as part of ‘See, We Assemble’, the film seeks to communicate the inner life of a ‘smart’ fridge – one that keeps an electronic tally of its contents – and to render audible its ‘voice’.

Shooting in an opulent but dilapidated location in Paris, the film combines acid colour and ambient sound, falling between documentary and fashion. Produced, directed and edited two corporate videos for one of the world’s leading fair-trade gemstone producers, Gemfields. Pre-production, production, and post-production carried out by Pundersons Gardens, including a two-week shoot throughout Zambia and the Victoria Falls region.

Work done for M & C Saatchi, directing an advert for road safety together with Peter Saville, whose intent was to contrast the internal quietness and simplicity of the linear forms, dramatically wrecked by the relative realism of the collision. Created for the road safety campaign launched by The Mayor of London and Transport for London, ‘Illusions’ tackles the problem of motorists misjudging the speed of motorbikes.
